  • Needs regular scheduling

    Giving this 3 stars because the inconsistency is annoying. Every other month these hosts take a week off or more for one reason or another. Why not do solo episodes if one of you is sick or away? Or record virtually if you can’t get together in person? There are so many solutions to get this to a better place it just seems lazy. I get life happens and you have other jobs (as do many podcast hosts and creators) but it seems insane with how many breaks there are.

    Kyla I am around your age and have been through the cycle of taking Adderall / concerta for the same reasons and it RUINED my health. It took me almost a full year to come off of the stress from that medication. I was experiencing the exact same symptoms as you. Stress / hair loss / no energy / massive amounts of anxiety…. I decided that my life and health was better off of the drug…it wasn’t worth those risks that can affect you way worse in the long run. your doctor was concerned for a reason…... more
