  • Tech radio

This is the worst. It isn’t even on the actual radio. It is in Ireland which also makes it bad because they are all gingers. Real tech radio is better.

1107: Information Warfare
Q: Tell me about NoComEd and what problem you're solving for the health sector.
NoComEd is a platform that measures and reduces carbon emissions in the healthcare supply chain, automating data collection and reporting to help suppliers tender with lower emissions. It's designed around three companies' data to validate that the solution works in real-world healthcare contexts, and the business model emphasizes building with clients through pilot projects and regulated environments like NHS tendering requirements.
1099: Cybersecurity in the Age of AI
Q: What are your thoughts on the integration of AI into cybersecurity?
AI is facilitating both the creation of malware and smarter phishing schemes, making it more challenging for cybersecurity.
1099: Cybersecurity in the Age of AI
Q: How are organizations responding to the evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats?
Organizations are training their staff better but also implementing controls to mitigate the effects of user errors.
1094: Black Friday and Irish Kids Social Media Ban
Q: Is it a case of, oh, okay, just like GDPR, all of a sudden this is kind of radioactive, it set back our timelines a good two to three years before we're confident in rolling out AI?
While the AI Act has sparked some caution, many enterprises are still moving forward in building AI solutions, focusing on improving existing processes first.
1094: Black Friday and Irish Kids Social Media Ban
Q: Do you find that there's still an alienation out there or a lack of understanding as to what AI is a good solution for at the moment versus something it's probably not ready for?
There's skepticism about AI as a solution because many companies jumped in without understanding the challenges they needed to address, leading to costs without returns.
