Love the show , love the back and forth between matt and Ivan , I would recommend Matt set up a ( put it like this ) jar as well as the swear jar for Ivan , put it like this 😏the amount they would have at end of series would be a welcome boost to charity of their choice 👍🏼
Very poor, seems so staged - Matt’s views consistently so far left on everything, every topic, every person and Ivan the polar opposite, again on everything. I find it hard to listen too. Much better podcasts available.
Not bad - but hard to take Yates seriously given his pork barrel agriculture credentials and the fact he was a high profile beneficiary of NAMA/Irish taxpayer. Never a word about farmer tax -But lays into Public servants who saved the economy during post Celtic tiger years and during covid. Has an enormous “public” pension too! Just saying Ivan!
I like Matt and Ivor. Used to listen to both (separately) on the radio commuting to and from work.
But something about this podcast doesn’t gel with me. They’re both very knowledgable and have political contacts to back up their stories, but I find the chemistry a bit forced.
I dip in every now and then, but still don’t get the vibe.
It’s just me. The guys are incredible and informative.
Two articulate, knowledgeable men who have an obvious rapport but are more than willing to ruffle each other’s feathers. Always enjoy Ivan’s jousting when Matt gets a little too comfortable on his high horse!
Great mix of domestic and international affairs of the day from a pair of seasoned campaigners.
