  • Very insightful for those in the luxury business!

Listened to the episode where Ashley interviewed Michel from ChatLabs, the winner of the LVMH Innovation Awards for Data & AI and I think it really helped me gain perspective on how not to just focus on making the same old campaigns better but also pay attention to market trends and opportunities such as the rise of AI that holds the potential to revolutionize the way consumers interact with brands. Definitely a must-listen if you’re a digital marketer in the luxury industry!
