I love listening on my way to work as a teachers aide!
I have learned a lot and been able to put my thoughts and real experiences into perspective as I enjoy the positive communication between presenters.
Highly recommend:)
Love this podcast, particularly the episode 'Great Expectations'. With my background with students impacted by complex trauma, I often find staff can treat these students as 'too hard' or 'impossible to reach' but having great expectations or simply believing they are great humans has such a big impact.
