  • Disappointed

Followed these guys early in. Came back when they popped up on threads and oof. No longer participating in a healthy part of the fandom and moreso in the clout chasing “only my opinion is valid” part

  • Refreshing Podcast

Let’s be honest, there are a lot of toxic, podcasts out there in the nerddom. Tatooine Sons is the opposite of that. A podcast that isn’t afraid to be honest about their opinions, but always does so through the lens of how much they love Star Wars, MCU, etc. Highly recommend!

  • Been listening to you guys for a little while now. Started a few months before the transition to pop culture. So happy you did it! I'm a huge Star Wars fan but also love marvel and games and movies...and I even DC. Hearing your insights and views (while I don't agree with you always, I love the different perspectives) is a joy to my week. Would recommend this to ANY fan of pop culture. I hope the best for you and your family! Go Ducks

What Star Wars Can Teach Us About Faith - Adam Lance Garcia
Q: How did you approach writing that internal conflict and knowing that for some people that are reading this, they're going to love this ending?
It was interesting because the original draft was more explicit, but allowing ambiguity actually made it darker and forced readers to fill in the blanks themselves.
Star Wars: Nostalgia Trap or Launchpad (Special Guest Heavy Spoilers)
Q: What do you think Star Wars can learn?
They need to take a break from the franchise and allow people to miss it, while exploring other mediums like video games and comics to sustain interest.
From Hoth to Homework: Teaching With the Force (and Star Wars)
Q: How does Star Wars hold up against new content?
The original films hold up better than some new content, as the mythology remains compelling.
From Hoth to Homework: Teaching With the Force (and Star Wars)
Q: What do you love most about the Star Wars community?
It's the support and friendships that blossom from shared passions.
From Hoth to Homework: Teaching With the Force (and Star Wars)
Q: Why did you pick Star Wars to kind of have those kinds of conversations?
I was blown away by a documentary on Star Wars. It showed legitimate educational purposes for using it in class.
