感觉我做任何事的时候都必须在听一些什么东西，平时我画不好画，只有在听老师上课的时候才能全神贯注得画画。有时候我一边写作业一边听，没有分心，反而更专注了，应该算是一心两用吧哈哈。还有就是这些内容真的会给我平时的生活带来一些帮助，就比如说爱自己的这个原则等等，而且这个节目氛围感觉也很不错，是朋友之间聊天的那种感觉。总而言之就是非常喜欢！
