这期我们聊的是关于冷静这件事。
这好像是一件很微不足道，但却又像艺术一般存在的一种感觉。
我一直很羡慕那种处事冷静的人，再聊“酷”的那一期，我就忘了说这个，
从小就觉得，那些临危不乱，关键时刻能做出正确判断的人真的很了不起。
所以我也一直想让自己做一个冷静的人。
但至少我人生的前三十年可能都不算一个冷静的人，
鲁莽、冒失、易怒、不稳定，构成了我的青春。

都说人善被人欺，马善被人骑。
我一直觉得这就是一句老话，不会跟我有半毛钱关系。
当然年少的时候确实不会对这种话有任何感触，如果产生感悟了，
那证明在此刻，你又一次长大了，或者是变老了。
比如我，一个将近四旬的中年人，在这一段时间，就彻底感悟了人善被人欺这句话。
之前跟大家提过的交通事故的事情，我怎么也是没有想到会被纠缠到现在，
最主要的原因，竟然就是我当老好人了，要帮人忙，结果这一帮就是无尽的循环。
这一帮就变成了理所应当我要做的事情。

小食说，人生就是由无数个压力的瞬间构成的，
我们不至于每天都去面对它，但是隔三差五压力这件事就会出现，
突破压力的过程是漫长的，充满不确定性的。
有的人会厚积薄发，化压力为力量，杀出一条血路，
但很抱歉，我不是这样的人，面对压力的我，只想躲起来，
只想在别人看不见的地方喘口气，等所谓的压力过去。
当然生活中绝大多数时间面对压力，我选择的是扛过去，
默认它的存在，并且不去抗争，只是一味的让它落在自己身上，
总是在期待着这一切的过去。

如果最近几年有一部剧集能称作我的top3，又能真正影响到我的，
那就应该是前段时间的《努力克服自卑的我们（又名：每个人都在与自己的无价值作斗争）》。
我很久没有因为一部剧而每天对着小食唠唠叨叨抒发感想，
我们也很久没有因为一部剧而潸然泪下了。
看这部剧的很多时刻，都让我想到了作为同一个编剧的另外一部作品的《我的解放日志》，
他们都有一个共同的作用，对，是作用而不是感受，像一个工具一样。
是这两部剧作为工具的第一个属性，描述我们的内心。
