都说福兮祸所伏，祸兮福所倚。
不知道大家有没有那么一段时间，你会觉得一切都是这么的不顺利。
好像全世界都在跟你作对，倒霉的事情一件接着一件。
我们把这一切怪到流年不利，碰见了水逆，命犯太岁等等各种方面。
然后开始寻求各种的帮助，朋友，家人，网络，甚至神明。
而当我们费劲心力完成一系列觉得扭转了运势的事情之后，
任何的下一件细小的倒霉事，都会将我们击碎。我们开始愤怒，开始焦虑，开始责怪自己，开始责备他人，开始陷入坏情绪的循环。
而以上我所说的这一切，就是前段时间的我。

在我们陪伴戴伯伯又一次度过一个生日，而且大肆回忆青春往事之时，
小食突然告诉我，我们的生活好想再慢慢对应上电视剧里的每一点。
从身体上，到记忆里，到精神世界，到日常习惯，开始变老是有迹象的。
在前人的无数次总结中我们慢慢发现，
当很多事情出现了这样那样的苗头之时，就是我们开始衰老之时。
没有什么可以回避的，就算我们把这幅皮囊保养与调整的看起来多么年少。
内在的我们，已经开始无法逃脱衰老的魔爪。

曾几何时，年少的我们面对无数本该平淡相对的事情，
却报以羞愧、羞涩、羞耻。好像我们的人生里都或多或少会对很多事情感到无可奈何，
像我就很难张开头对父母表达爱意。
就像小食会对说出自己幸福而感到羞愧，仿佛自己不配，仿佛只要觉得幸福就会有不好的事情发生。
这种羞耻感，慢慢的蔓延在我们生活中的各个方面。
