  • So useful

I really value all of Dr Martha’s podcasts which I have been listening to for years and they have really helped with my daughter (now 7) and my son (now 4). Always wonderfully explained with useful examples of strategies that can be used easily in real life. I really like how Dr Martha can convey how the child feels in the situation which isn’t always easy to understand as a parent. A fantastic clinical psychologist and podcaster, thank you!!

Gentle and firm, compassionate yet always calling things by their name. I love how you pack 30 minutes full of insight. I regard myself as already rather skilled as a parent (and yoga teacher), and still take so much insight from your podcast, or just confirmation that I am on the right track. You really have a positive impact on our ... more

  • Non-judgmental practical advice

My wife suggested I listen to this podcast and at first I was extremely reluctant, “Here comes another preachy parenting guide where you get told if you’re not handcrafting sourdough with your 2 year old every day, or if your house contains a television, your children are going to grow up to be awful” I thought.

I couldn’t have been more wrong, the presenter gives very clear and practical advice to deal with all sorts of parenting problems, and the best thing is they are actually realistic an... more
