I just discovered this about a week and a half ago. I’m already at Episode 49. I have a job that allows me to listen to podcasts all day and this is my new favorite. I’m a fellow Houstonian and can’t believe I had never heard of this podcast until now. Can’t wait to learn more about bbq and visit all the great places I can.
Love the podcast — thanks for all you’re doing to bring quality content. I’m excited to plan my first trip to Texas and eat at some of these amazing BBQ restaurants.

I really enjoy listening to your podcast and all the knowledge of bbq that y’all share has really helped my wife and I and baby have so much fun seeking out the joints yall go to and also any other bbq tips to help a backyard bbqer just kinda step out of the box and really try different ways! I always look forward to your new episodes every week and sometimes when I’m at work I just go back to the beginning and listen to old episodes all day when I can to help me get through the work day! Thanks... more
Love to listen to this while I drink beer and smoke meat. Makes me dream of opening my own place sometime
