張啟樂,Rti過去十年，來台灣生活的香港人越來越多。根據台灣內政部統計，從2013年至2022年，就有超過8萬名香港人，取得台灣居留甚至定居。因此，就算說在台灣生活的香港人超過10萬人，也一點都不奇怪。
台灣跟香港雖然相距只有700多公里，且兩地往來也非常頻繁，但是因為歷史和文化背景不同，造就兩地間的差異。例如：飲食，雖然食材可說是大同小異，但即便是同樣的食材，烹調及處理的方式，就有很大的差別。

至於會突然爆紅的原因，就是早前BLACKPINK到高雄舉行演唱會，而在演唱會結束之後，成員Lisa發佈了一則限動，而內容就是炸記販售的港式迷你西多士，結果大量粉絲慕名而來，為的：就是能嘗一口跟Lisa同款的西多士，所以炸記一夜之間就成為了高雄的排隊名店。

這一集的《台味超有港》，我跑去了高雄做訪問！而我的這一位訪問對象，他雖然是一位台灣人，但在十多年前就跑到香港去打拼。從事設計行業的他，在香港生活時發現很多台港不一樣，他就把這些生活和文化上的差異，以他的專長之一「插畫繪畫」來呈現，並開設專頁《爵爵與貓叔》上載他所創作關於台港差異的插畫跟大眾分享，結果大受歡迎。經過這麼多年之後，爵爵仍然有在網路上分享他的插畫作品，但他已經從香港回到台灣，而且他還把那幾年在香港品嚐過的港味，帶回家鄉跟大家分享。
