  • Brilliant podcast!

One of my favourite podcasts to listen to, especially on those long drives between casinos. I love the laid back interview style, it really feels like the host (Mike AP) is kicking back and chatting over a few beers with his guests rather than a formal interview. Would recommend to all APs

  • This guy is an absolute liar

Absolute liar. Abusive, aggressive and willing to lie for his sponsors. Do not trust.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

PAID SUBS Commercial free Version: Nickels and I Answer More Listeners Questions! (Updated 7/5/26)
Q: What are some obvious body language signs new APs should avoid?
Don't look shifty or paranoid; avoid obvious tells like tense demeanor, excessive movement, or obvious attention to the count, and manage your betting spread to avoid tipping off observers. Use a calm, confident presence and dress to blend in with the environment while maintaining appropriate bet sizing.
Episode 139: Advantage Slot Play & Comp Hustling (Updated 7/7/26)
Q: How did your big stadium-gaming play unfold and what was the result?
We coordinated about 20 people to run terminals that pushed large volumes of slot play, converting it into cash through comping and tank management; it produced around $5,000 an hour across all terminals, but ultimately drew attention and was shut down by the suits.
Episode 139: Advantage Slot Play & Comp Hustling (Updated 7/7/26)
Q: What got you into playing slots and the other things you do besides blackjack?
It started as a way to unlock better comping through higher carded play and evolved as I learned about promotions, and then I discovered that slots offered an edge through coin-in and promotions that could be exploited at scale.
Episode 136: OG Mailbag With Snowman
Q: Can you make an adequate living from playing Blackjack?
Yes, but it depends on having sufficient bankroll, finding beatable games with good penetration, and managing risk over time; long-term profitability is possible with skill, discipline, and proper bankroll management.
Episode 121: A Flying F On A Rolling Donut At Tim Hortons (Updated 10/20/25)
Q: Do you think the level two count might offer some cover for players?
Yes, it can throw off those who might be observing, as the betting patterns might differ from what's expected with Hi-Lo, providing a level of disguise.
