Such a treasure trove - fascinating research, evidence based advice and so good to hear the voices of young people in there. Really useful for young people who like facts when it comes to wellbeing and all delivered in such an engaging style. As the presenters say, so much of life is changing all the time and there’s lots of ideas in here for people who are dealing with any kind of struggle. More please!
Very insightful and relatable regarding common struggles with transitions. Hearing various speakers on the podcast has changed my mindset about other perspectives who have also struggled and known how to deal with their mental well-being in positive way.
