Listened to episode “How to Be Consistent”. Love your enthusiasm! Gave some great tips in this bite sized podcast. I have often struggled with this so it was just what I needed to hear.
This content is so relevant today when many people are fearful of taking action. Your tips are spot on about habits. Habits always trump willpower. Did not know about the 28 days. The reminder at the end is also key. “WHY” is always a wonderful place to start.
