  • A must listen podcast!!

    Dr. Kara Wada is ground breaking! She is talking openly and honestly about having autoimmune disease. She brings scientific knowledge of her own and of experts in the field. This is much needed information on autoimmune disease which is so confusing. She validates everyone out there living with these diseases and provides us with great information in an entertaining and digestible form. I can’t recommend highly enough!!
