A real shame that the episodes have turned into the Matt Rhodes show when no one in Strongman wants him anywhere near their sport.

Any fan of Strongman needs to listen to every episode of this podcast. It’s full of great tips on training, nutrition, competing, running contests, and more. You also get all sorts of info on what is going on in the sport and find out more about athletes at all levels. Kalle and whoever else is on with him keep your attention through the whole episode.
If you are into strongman, you must listen to this podcast.
My interest in StrongMan started in CrossFit years and years and years ago. When I left CrossFit and got into Powerlifting and StrongMan, Starting StrongMan and Rogue Fitness were the reason I was able to access the sport and really get into it.
