  • FINALLY Somebody Said It!

Katharine Birbalsingh is the voice of burnt out teachers everywhere. Education isn't failing Society. Society is failing Education. As a society we've made it our business to "help" our students into helplessness and to "empathize" them into apathy. Birbalsingh's intercity school proves that having high expectations & holding children (and parents) accountable in both behavior and academics raises the bar in both!

  • A brilliant educator and an interesting podcast

This is fantastic podcast describing the ongoing challenge of how Katharine has challenged the societal status quo to help the children of our country. As a psychotherapist working in children’s social care I know how hard it can be to create any form of cultural change. This woman is a force of nature and incredibly inspiring. I hope her success continues.
