  • not for me

I was really hoping for good info on strength training. The guests appear to be knowledgeable but the quality is lacking. No intro, just boom into a monotoned conversation between technical people. Very difficult to stay with. no energy. If the goal of this podcast was to make it as boring as heck, they succeeded.
