Story Break is a weekly podcast from RocketJump where we (Will Campos, Matt Arnold, and Freddie Wong) sit down in the RocketJump writer's room and attempt to "break" a story for a ridiculous concept, property, or idea that we in NO way have any rights to. Join us every week as we attempt to tackle everything from beloved video games to billion dollar franchises!

Love the insight into the business. Makes me want to become a writer
More proof that these guys deserve every penny they get. I found this after becoming a Dungeons and Daddies fan, and am so glad I did. Each episode is a gem - do yourself a favour and subscribe.
Great podcast I love getting a peek into what a writing room would be like. And they made more
I just listened to disaster jocks and if the earth stopped rotating everyone would be killed by a 10,000mph global windstorm
It can be pretty fun sometimes, though some of the episodes were definitely more entertaining than others. However, there is a constant allusion to wokeness. If they do a more stereotypical plot, they always reference a million things about it being problematic etc. It just gets tiring even though I would consider myself to be left leaning. Like you don't have to talk for 20 minutes about what is and isn't woke, just write the respectful story you want and get on with it.
