My brother-in-law helped me to become a hockey fan and is there a better team than the Canes? I think not…… I have really enjoyed hockey especially the canes and now I feel so much more educated about the players, their stats, what difference it makes in the game. I’m in Ohio and just getting into hockey this year. I’m an analytics student so I wanted to root for a team with an analytics focus and Carolina was the most recommended. Since the start of the season my fandom has grown. I’m getting in on the ground floor of this pod, and I love how educated they are and the stats and analytics inclusion is awesome.
