Every time I hear the piano in the intro I feel my breathing and my heart beat getting slower and relaxed. My mind opens for Miranda’s candid observation of her surrounding, narrated in such a lovely voice and with the sounds the scene becomes alive. Thank you, Miranda, for your precious 5 minutes gifts of relaxation and focus in what’s often a hectic day.
I found these amazing podcasts after reading an article in an equally fabulous magazine. This article caused huge binge listening sessions every time I went out for my daily walk. Miranda and her team took me back to places I'd already been and to places I have yet to go. Pure escapism in small pieces, simply special and simply perfect.
Miranda’s snippets of calm and quiet sharing of new places provides a little ray of sunshine in this busy world. Thank you!
Hi
I love this podcast. It is so enjoyable and especially if it's somewhere you know. She mentioned a beautiful door in Clissold Park recently so I need to go and check it out. I've also bought her first book as a gift for several people.
Join Miranda on her walks to see the little things going on that you may have missed. Then keep an eye out when you next go wandering yourself. Save up a few episodes, and cue them up at the end of a long day. (By the way, those pathways tramped down into grass have a name: Desire Lines/Paths.)
