Love this content. Definitely feel seen and can relate to so many stories and scenarios. Simple advice thats real. Things you need to hear as a physician mom to take care of yourself too
This is hands down one of the most real, authentic podcasts I’ve listened to in a long while! Her vulnerability is so relatable and had me in tears! Thank you for opening yourself to the world, Toya and for making our lives that much better!! ‘See’ you on the next episode!🤗🤗
Stethoscopes, strollers, sanity, validation, this podcast has it all! At times I’m so blown away and interested in Latoya’s story, most of the time I feel like she’s reading my mind or living my story too. The podcast is truly a breath of fresh air. Listening makes me feel seen and better knowing I’m not alone having these feelings/thoughts/experiences. More importantly I finish each bitesized episode empowered and encouraged on this journey of life.
I have already shared this podcast with other physician moms. I’m also an Ob/Gyn immigrant who is rethinking traditional practice as it does not fit with motherhood and happiness! Your story and journey are an inspiration.
