Loved listening to the last series! So glad it’s returning! The best podcast for any step mums who need support and to realise you aren’t alone in your feelings
I’ve just discovered this podcast today! Thank you, thank you!!
Katie has a lovely interview style which is so natural and friendly. Many interviewers make the mistake of interrupting too often but Katie’s approach feels like two friends chatting away.
This podcast got me through some very difficult times when I felt frustrated, alone, guilty and trapped. Highly recommended!
I was having a really tough time with situations in my life that came from being a step mother. To hear all these different stories has honestly improved my mental health so much. I was in a really hard place, and felt no one really understood.
To hear other women have experienced the same situations and the tools that worked to help them was an absolute relief. Thank you so much!!!
As an older stepmother (after bereavement) it’s taken me a while to accept my role and I wish I’d found this podcast sooner! It’s so refreshing, varied, honest and affirming. Definitely made me feel less alone. I’d love to hear from more older women and more from post-bereavement families! Kate is such a warm and engaging interviewer. Very highly recommended.
