Stephen Gray is an experienced person so he knows how to focus on important ideas during an interview and skip the nervous chatter. I have also read a book about cannabis and spirituality by the host—at least I think it was the same Stephen Gray. The book was good and so is this podcast. It's worth listening to if you are interested in personal and collective spiritual growth and the psychedelic potential of entheogenic drugs.
