Great podcast! Donald keeps it concise, informed, and straight to the point on all things US soccer. Perfect length, smart analysis—5 stars!
Well packaged in a small bite format to concisely get you information on US Soccer from a very I formed host. I’ve come to dread the 1.5-2ht podcast pop up in my feed. I have the time and attention span, but much of that time is often filler. Not here; straight to business. Host is very knowledgeable about the game and all around life perspective which comes in handy for interviews. Thanks for the show!
Second podcast back, and we have to listen to foul language. Not exactly a gracious return. stopped listening after the word a-hole.
5 minutes in and one of the hosts defends Paul Arriola. 1 star and an unfollow. If a person thinks that Paul Arriola should be on the national team, then he obviously knows nothing about soccer.
How exactly is Zach Steffen “competing” for the Champions League? It is great for his own personal development but he has not played a minute in the champions league and will not unless a freak injury occurs. Eventually he needs out of Man City in order to get the game time needed to help USMNT. A bit more realism would help.

Episodes frequently unpack team form, roster decisions, transfers, and kit/merchandise trends, often tying these to fan culture and accessibility for supporters. A standout trait is the host's concise, informed style and tendency to balance performance scrutiny with broader context, plus a willingness to discuss ticketing, branding, and fan communities. The show seems particularly valuable for listeners who want rapid, opinionated takes grounded in current US soccer news, with a recurring emphasis on fan engagement and the business/organiza... more
