I often the podcast on drives and while cooking and have been listening since the start!
Listening feels like I’m hanging out with friends while learning cool things and laughing along the way. The hosts do a great job of explaining big, complex ideas in simple ways and normalizing conversation around mental health.
Also highly recommend for med and premed students wanting some additional insight and exposure to conversations that normalize mental health discussion!
Super informative and funny!
I love this show! I just discovered it a few days ago and now I’m hooked. As a nursing student, I appreciate the high knowledge level of the show hosts and its guests. I also find myself cracking up by the funny banter. Thanks so much for making a show like this!
