  • Timmy G has made a massive difference

The show is chalk & cheese with Timmy G in board. I switched off a few years ago as all you got was dribble from Crowey & one of the most biased sports shows around. Timmy G a living Port Adelaide Legend has turned that around into a listenable Sports Show again

  • Annoying but good guests- upgraded to 4 stars since Timmy G started

Rowers lack of intellect and OTT personality is affronting and annoying, but his guests make this show worth listening to. Timmy G offers a more balanced approach than Feral Rowey.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

INTERVIEW: Nathan Kosmina - 03 August 2026
Q: Do we need a striker? Are we on the hunt for one?
The club isn't prioritizing an immediate striker addition; they are assessing the squad and remain open to opportunities over the next two-and-a-half months of the registration window, balancing current players and potential additions based on ongoing pre-season form and the Champions League needs.
INTERVIEW: Matt Crouch - 04 August 2026
Q: How do you see the potential rest for McHenry affecting the team's structure going into finals?
The host and guest agreed that rest could help manage McHenry's workload, reduce fatigue risk, and allow upgrades from players like O'Brien or McAndrew to gain AFL exposure before the crucial late-season stretch.
INTERVIEW: Matt Crouch - 04 August 2026
Q: What advice would you give Dan Curtin about moving into the midfield and taking on a different role?
Crouch suggested that Curtin should lean into his first-possessing ability, use his pace and power, and focus on applying pressure and ball retrieval in the centre, while maintaining the balance between inside and outside roles to maximize impact.
INTERVIEW: Rory Sloane - 03 August 2026
Q: How tough is it when you know you're not going to make finals and you've got three weeks to get through, Rory?
The players stay focused on sustaining effort, using the time to develop younger players and maintain competitiveness, while coaches pull levers to manage momentum and keep the group engaged for finals.
INTERVIEW: Kurtis Marschall - 27 July 2026
Q: Who inspired you to start pole vaulting?
Steve Hooker was a huge inspiration; seeing him win Olympic gold motivated me as a young athlete, and I've stayed connected with him for guidance.
