Must listen content if you are active in the sports industry
This podcast is always an enjoyable and insightful listen, and I'd happily recommend it to anybody else who's involved in running a sports club (or indeed to anyone with an interest in how they're run). I found recent episodes with Jon Lansdown and Mads Davidsen particularly interesting.
Learning from people who are actually doing the work is the best way to learn. Rich continues to do that and chat with people who are doing cool things in digital. Great to have more sports digital content in podcast form.
I found this podcast just last week. While my current field is general marketing, Richard's take on applied marketing to field of sports and CRM is awesome! I can't stop listening to his takes about customer engagement and it's uniqueness to sports. This is the first podcast I've truly followed, and I'm looking forward to the next listen.
