A few years ago I was working as a fundraiser for a charity in Cardiff. The whole Cardiff Rugby team ignored me and carried on walking (no bitterness, they were busy). But Gareth stopped, had a nice chat with me for 5 minutes about the charity I was working for and then wished me luck. Massive respect for the guy ever since.
