I found Lucy’s podcast (and book) at the perfect time. Single for the first time in over 20 years.

  • Inspired

I didn’t know who Lucy was until I was listening to LBC Radio and heard Vanessa Feltz interview her. It was so inspirational to listen to, as I’ve been on my own for the last 10 years, going through menopause and endometriosis. She really lit up my day! I’m now listening to the podcast — it’s amazing, down-to-earth, and empowering.

    Thank you!!

The One Where I Talk To Singer-Songwriter, Akosia
Q: Where are you at in terms of your single life?
Akosia emphasizes focusing on herself and her music rather than chasing a relationship, while remaining open to love but not letting it define her life.
The One Where I Talk To 'Dad Hugs For Your Soul' Founder, Harry Hardisty
Q: Given the male loneliness discussion, what should single women look for in potential partners?
Look for people who are happy with themselves and not merely skilled at dating apps; the best partners are those who demonstrate peace and security, not perfection or strategic performance.
The One Where I Talk To 'Dad Hugs For Your Soul' Founder, Harry Hardisty
Q: What are your thoughts on chasing happiness in a romantic partner?
Chasing happiness through another person is a mistake; true happiness comes from within and from building a secure foundation in yourself before pursuing or evaluating relationships.
The One Where I Talk To 'Dad Hugs For Your Soul' Founder, Harry Hardisty
Q: Can you tell our listeners briefly who you are and what you do?
I run Dad Hugs for Your Soul, a set of social channels focusing on breakup recovery and emotional healing, built from my own experiences with anxious and avoidant attachment and a desire to help others heal with honesty and compassion.
The One Where I Talk To Singer-Songwriter, Harley Moon Kemp
Q: How have you found performing and getting on stage?
Harley expresses that performing is exhilarating as she aims to create a party atmosphere for the audience, focusing on shared fun rather than just singing.
