I love this podcast. At 53 I’m single and childless. I’ve never been married and I’m childless by circumstance. I spent many years in my 30 and early 40s feeling desperate and believing I was missing out on something special, but now I feel alive, whilst women I know around me are unhappily married and stressed. This podcast is wonderful and I love the work that Lucy is doing to prove that you can have a wonderful and fulfilling life single and childless no matter how you got there.

Everything about this podcast is so insightful, motivating and uplifting. Wonderful listen.
Lucy the host seems like a lovely fun lady however the only angst I have with her is constant bragging. Lucy seems to thrive on telling her audience she broke so many hearts in relationships . , she is a heart breaker . She also likes to brag about her single life and how superior it is to family life with children and a hubby .The time factor., the peace , the travel. Look I am single and child free but my friends who have families can do as much as me and probably more in some cases. . Curta... more

I love the way Lucy explores how single and childfree women can live interesting and fulfilling lives outside the confines of the patriarchy. I have felt at home and understood listening to this podcast. However, for those of us who no longer need to be convinced of the benefits of being single and childfree I think some o... more

In my world none of my spinster friends are happy with how our lives turned out so it’s always nice to listen to a positive spin on being childless and single in middle age . I do however feel that Lucy tends to put down having children and a husband & I don’t think she does herself any favours by doing that.
