  • Keepin It Strong Style & Rich Latta are the crown jewels

The hosts of KISS have great chemistry and the Young Boy, especially, watches everything. As someone who doesn’t have the time to, I appreciate that he does and summarizes the latest happenings.

Rich Latta is a smart, funny, passionate guy and I would listen to him talk about subjects other than wrestling.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Keepin' It Strong Style - EP 453 - G1 Climax 36 Nights 8-11 Review
Q: Is Yota Tsuji the guy who should win this G1 and challenge for Wrestle Kingdom?
They argue that Tsuji has been the strongest performer, delivering consistent high-level matches and carrying the narrative, while acknowledging the playoff logistics and potential derailments from Boltin/Oleg or Shingo, but leaning toward Tsuji as a frontrunner.
Keepin' It Strong Style - EP 453 - G1 Climax 36 Nights 8-11 Review
Q: What matches stood out most for you this week in the G1 stretch?
They point to Gabe Kidd vs Hanare, Zack Sabre Jr. vs Drilla Maloney, and Suji vs Oiwa as standout matches, while noting Wolf, Narita, and Yuya Uemura had quality showings in several nights, with some variance in crowd reaction and perceived long-term impact.
AEW Match Guide - EP 62 - VADER v Ric Flair, Title v Career, WCW Starrcade 1993, Ft, Andy from GCWP
Q: How does the crowd, Flair's promo work, and Vader's presence fuel the match?
The crowd in Charlotte is electric, Flair's emotion sells the stakes, and Vader's imposing presence creates a sense of inevitability that only Flair can defy with smart, technical offense, elevating the finish.
AEW Match Guide - EP 62 - VADER v Ric Flair, Title v Career, WCW Starrcade 1993, Ft, Andy from GCWP
Q: What made you choose this match to cover for this season?
We picked this match because it represents a pivotal moment where Flair returns to WCW and faces Vader in a retirement-stakes main event, blending emotional storytelling with peak in-ring drama and a strong presentation that mirrors how big shows are built.
Keepin' It Strong Style - EP 451 - G1 Climax 36 Nights 2 & 3 Review
Q: Which wrestler has impressed you most so far in the tournament?
Takashita and Suji stood out as the top performers, with Suji drawing praise for carrying the champion role in main events, while Takashita's match quality and consistency kept him as a strong frontrunner in terms of performance.
