  • More episodes please!!

Ellie’s book unmasked is the first thing I read after being diagnosed. I’m so excited I’ve now found her podcast, it’s super easy to listen to and very informative. I recommend all of her work, she’s so knowledgeable and transparent, and just seems like such a lovely person. I can’t wait for more episodes to be released!

Excellent Podcast. A great accompaniment to both of Ellie’s books, but with a raw edge!

Q: How do you think we strike that balance of working on yourself and healing in connection with other people?
You have to restore balance between solitude and community, as nobody can live a life of harmony without that balance.

Q: How did you overcome that shame barrier and just be so open and honest in your writing?
I don't think I would have ventured into my past self if I didn't feel like I was a new version of myself in a stable relationship.
