Things Will Be Different (2024)
Q: What do you think about the cycle they were stuck in?
The cycle seems to play into the themes of fate versus free will, as they attempt to manipulate time but face tragic consequences.
The Fountain (2006)
Q: What did you think of The Fountain?
I loved this movie the first time I saw it and was excited to see it again. It discusses deep themes like death and the meaning of life.
A Fish Called Wanda (1988)
Q: Do we think Wanda actually falls for Archie?
She might actually like Archie, especially evident when he starts speaking Russian, but it seems to build over time with a few moments indicating genuine affection.
The Founder (2016)
Q: What did you think of The Founder?
I was surprised. This is my first viewing of The Founder. I was surprised that I liked it, because when it came out, it felt like it was getting mixed reviews.
Rashomon (1951)
Q: After hearing the four stories, which one do you think is true?
I think the woodcutter's story felt the closest to the truth, even though all stories had an element of self-preservation.
