I’ve been listening to this incarnation of Confessions from the beginning since I started a new job in October 2024. I’m still only at July 2025 and still plodding on when I’m walking to and from work or on the bus to our twin hospital when the Powers That Be command I work there. Thank you for keeping me sane on those days, especially Matt with his famously infectious laugh! Toodle-pip.
Like the rest of the human population I think this is the best podcast in the history of evs - there is no other on this exalted plane. Brother Matt has a saint-like capacity for forgiveness, but I do wonder which small town in Hertfordshire needs to be razed to the ground before he says ‘ah now, that’s a bit much’. Would give more stars if available thousands wouldn’t do it justice . My favourite confession to date was the pepperoni pizza takeaway, while you on the dark side. So obviously have been following for years while on the dark side. Loved the TV show and wish it was still going.
Matt is great but Simon undoubtedly is the Arch Bishop of the show. Suzy and Holly just add that sense of morality that Matt doesn’t have.
Always catch the podcast in the truck the next week . A mug would great in the... more
At least five stars.
All for Matt of course.
He is spot on with his opinions about dog walks.
I spend at least 3 hours a day walking in the Lancashire Pennines with my border collie (who I cannot name for obvious reasons)
The health benefits of exercise and chuckling along to Matt,Suzy,Holly and of course Simon the figurehead are priceless.
Please keep this going for eternity.
Matt for President, he has got the diatribe of untruths down to a tee, just like DJT!! Also his moral compass is just as skewed!
Thank god for the fact checking squad of Holly, Simon, and Suzi to bring a sense of normality to the proceedings.
I love to listen to this podcast whilst on long dog walks, no Cluedo here, trying not to look like the village idiot laughing to myself.
This must be the number one podcast for dog walkers and Cluedo specialists alike. Makes the weekend more special list... more
