I love everything about this pod. Matthew’s voice, the philosophy, the subjects, the guests, the pace & the sound design. Just wish it was more prolific!

Listened to the most recent episode because it's a subject I'm especially interested in, and was shocked by how deeply ingrained this podcast's bias is toward modern Christian culture, ignoring any research that doesn't support that conclusion. I guess 30 min doesn't leave much room for nuance, but that should at least be called out within the ep.
I definitely won't be listening to any episodes about subjects I know less about, as I expect this short of shortcut misinformation is pervasive.
Essential listening to anyone with a phone
I really enjoy Sideways. Thoughtful stories told by an inquisitive host. Matthew has a perfect voice for radio. Also, by far the best theme song. A haunting and beautiful melody.
