The cast of Side Story have a very thoughtful and fascinating way of talking about and appreciating games. Add some fantastic jokes and a pleasant atmosphere on top and you’ll have a great podcast that is a perfect companion for anyone to whom games matter a lot.
I put the “I’ve got an open friend mouth” episode on and my two warring cats slept together on the bed while listening to the gang talk about Romeo is a dead man and Marathon. I can’t attach a photo here but this podcast is good.

Sometimes genuinely good and diverse discussions can be had on this pod and I like most of the members but I guess there is a little bit too much of the samey opinions in the group so it kinda devolves down into liberal lefty kinda people from mid 2000s. Which I get it , I was that too but gotten a bit disillusioned about over the years. I have enjoyed every episode that has come out, even for games that I wouldn’t normally play. Just listening to people thoughtfully and passionately describing their experience with a game makes it sound interesting, even if they dislike the game.
