这期播客聚焦了那些失德、施暴的“坏老师”，也歌颂了克服困境的好老师，却偏偏漏掉了最庞大的“普通老师群体”：他们拿着普通的薪水，扛着学校的KPI、家长的期待、社会的高规训，面对上百个性格各异的学生，既要管学习又要管纪律，连情绪宣泄都成了“不被允许的错”。职场人能抱怨工作、偶尔偷懒，可老师的一点点疏忽就可能被无限放大，一句重话就可能被贴上“不合格”的标签，没人问他们背后的疲惫——办公室里的结节、咽炎、颈椎病是常态，寒暑假的“闭关疗养”不是偷懒，而是给被掏空的自己补能量，就连父母都做不到面面俱到的孩子教育，却被要求一个老师对几十个孩子做到无微不至，这本就是一种不公平的苛责。
更无奈的是，普通老师大多没有话语权：他们要听学校的安排，被各种考核裹挟，甚至连教学方式都有诸多束缚，不是不想做好，而是很多时候身不由己。他们也有自己的家庭，要当父母、当子女，要处理生活的一地鸡毛，可“老师”这个身份像一层枷锁，让他们连展露负面情绪都成了“失职”。
