北漂深漂沪漂，那么从家乡来到广州的我，自然是广漂。
在一家人员构成绝大部分是广东本地人的公司里，我一直想聊聊漂到广州生活的话题，于是我找来公司里仅有的几位外省人，问问他们：我们在他乡还好吗？
广州对于我们来说是一座怎样的城市？长大后漂久了回头看家乡，我们的视角和感受发生了什么样的变化？

更无奈的是，普通老师大多没有话语权：他们要听学校的安排，被各种考核裹挟，甚至连教学方式都有诸多束缚，不是不想做好，而是很多时候身不由己。他们也有自己的家庭，要当父母、当子女，要处理生活的一地鸡毛，可“老师”这个身份像一层枷锁，让他们连展露负面情绪都成了“失职”。
