I love how Tara keeps weight loss, simple, and doable. Sometimes we overthink things and think that if we mess up one day that we may as well just forget it for the rest of the week. Tara encourages us to do something small each day, which will add up to big results in the end.
I love how God is using Tara 🙌🏻 this last episode was exactly what I needed to hear. Listening to the insight that Tara shares has made me realize that I have already healed my relationship with alcohol through God!!
