It’s so sad and such a shame that Susan Garrett needs to resort to such shallow even fraudulent arguments, consider considering that she has such wonderful information, to share. Even worse, she criticizes people for allegedly, making arguments broadly representative of those that she disagrees with, and then uses arguments of a similar nature to “prove” her point. Such myopia from such a renowned and successful dog training expert is stunning.
Honestly love this podcast and ANYTIME I hear that someone has a dog (and may need help) I immediately tell them about Susan Garrett and I usually tell them which episodes to listen to. I love that most of the episodes and straight to the point and I also love the YouTube vids. Highly recommend this podcast to any animal lover!! She’s the best!!
I appreciate this podcast and am learning so much as a crossover amateur trainer who wants to do better by my dogs.
As an experienced dog owner, I was confident in my training approaches. That is, until I moved from having Golden Retrievers to chihuahuas. There are so many dog trainers on Instagram that claim to understand dog behavior but do not. Listen to this podcast if you want to learn successful approaches to... more
Unfortunately, while there are some points here and there that are correct and factual. But 95% of what is discussed is not factual, studies that are used are horrible done and done without context or training. She has proved over and over again that most of conversations she has very little knowledge and understanding in what she talks about. Super sad.
