Shadow Workd always presents such a balanced overall view. The latest series about cancellation is an interesting look back at a time during lockdown where people had nothing better to do than to be offended
As awful as the BBC is, it occasionally produces good stuff like this, in which we learn that very culture that the BBC promotes and supports is nothing but nasty people doing nasty things to people with a different point of view.
Binge-listened to this latest series, so balanced. Describes the cruel ostracism of an author, whose critics reaped all they sowed. They had a point, the personal descriptions were cringe, but the vindictiveness served to inflict unnecessary pain. There are gracious ways to deal with issues, they chose the path and now seemed surprised at the result.

Fascinating detailed look at one authors horrific experience of being cancelled at the height of the Black Lives Matter era. Very balanced look at the issue with voices from all sides.
