Very interesting and worrying story. But the intrusive music makes it difficult to follow details in the story.
All the while the presenter mispronounces dopamine
Well explored, researched, all perspectives covered - the right pod for you if you like multi-voice investigations and making up your own mind
This is so so good. My favorite podcast that I’ve listened to in the new year. I would love this same format/journalist applied to other cancellation stories. Actually manages to really allow the nuance and complexity to stand and fact check the people speaking. I feel like it is what The Witch Trials of JK Rowling was pretending to do but failed, but here they really succeed as journalist approaches it with a real honesty.
Shadow Workd always presents such a balanced overall view. The latest series about cancellation is an interesting look back at a time during lockdown where people had nothing better to do than to be offended
