    This show is very entertaining and at the same time full of very useful information. Kate is lovely to listen to, never boring, very smart & funny. It helped me for sure to decide on topics like starting HRT, and eating more healthy. Some podcast are slow to get to the point but Kate directs her expert guests straight there. Highly recommended!
