  • Everyone needs to listen to this

I’m so thankful for finding this podcast. I’m nearly 62 and plan on getting divorced this year from a 30 year relationship - the last 10 years no sex. I’ll be dating again. So glad they interviewed Cindy Gallup! I’ve wanted follow-up information on her. Great topics. There are so many derogatory sniggers in the world towards seniors have sex - when I feel like I’m the most experienced and sexual I’ve ever been in my life. Good going!

Live with Suzanne Noble and Joli Hamilton PhD - Understanding Jealousy
Q: Is jealousy more intense in non-monogamous relationships, or just more visible?
It's not necessarily more intense, but it is more visible because non-monogamous setups require ongoing negotiation and transparency; monogamy also features jealousy, but often lacks explicit cultural dialogue about it.
Live with Suzanne Noble and Joli Hamilton PhD - Understanding Jealousy
Q: Can jealousy be a catalyst for growth?
Yes. Jealousy can force self-reflection, reveal wounds and attachment patterns, and push people to develop better communication, clearer agreements, and deeper intimacy with partners.
Live with Suzanne Noble and Joli Hamilton PhD - Understanding Jealousy
Q: How do you define jealousy in your framework?
Jealousy is a social emotion that arises when we feel a threat to a valued relationship, and it can involve imaginations or real third parties; it's multi-layered and tied to attachment and context.
Why Gay Men Struggle to Find True Love (And Nobody Talks About Why)
Q: So, Anthony, welcome to Sex Advice for Seniors.
Anthony introduces himself, explains his background in matchmaking and how Best Man Matchmaking specializes in gay men and long-term relationships.
Why Women Feel Completely Different After Menopause | Tanya Leake
Q: What should someone do if their doctor isn't knowledgeable about these options?
Seek a partner in healthcare, ask about downsides and contraindications, consider alternative therapies like topical estrogens or non-hormonal options, and pursue information from newsletters or specialists to discuss with their clinician.
