  • rip off

I paid $60 for a year of this podcast, duly added it to my Apple podcasts feed, and ONLY get the free episodes/ parts of episodes. I’ve wasted a lot of time (and patience!) trying to fix this. I can’t fix it and can’t find out who can. But the more I listen the more I think Ken White isn’t qualified to speak to many of the topics he attempts to address, and Josh Barro should either go to law school or stop playing lawyer. So maybe I just quit it altogether. And yes, I’m a lawyer.

i appreciate ken’s analysis, but josh is a terrible moderator/host, and it’s unfortunate because he leads the discussions. if ken found another partner, likely 5 stars, but josh is an albatross around his neck. it’s maddening.

This show is a sad joke.

  • Don’t need fatalism in my life.

I don’t need a podcast about the legal inevitability of fascism. Too bad. Ken is still great.
