Excellent production of a truly horrifying story...on so many levels. Even if you are pro-infanticide, you should listen. Gosnell was a racist, hoarder, drug dealing, perverted narcissist who violated so many medical codes it is unbelievable he could have gotten away with it so long.

Seeing people give this a 1 star reviews angers me. The quality of the reporting, interviews, narration, timeline of events and evidence in this podcast is excellent!! Due to the nature of the crime, I agree this story is hard to listen. But those who rated it 1 star missed the entire point of the podcast!
