Healing chronic conditions—it’s possible!
Q: How did you decide to journal-list, and what does that mean for your practice?
It was a spiritual nudge that became a stronger sense of purpose; journal-listing opened the doors to formal training and to serving as a practitioner, while staying grounded in prayer.
What is this stuff we see with our eyes, anyway?
Q: I wonder if, just right off the bat, you can help listeners get a sense of what makes the concept of matter from a Christian Science perspective so unique.
Matter is defined as the opposite of spirit, with substance being God, which seems invisible to our senses but is the true reality and cause of all that we experience.
What makes Christian Science so practical?
Q: How do you handle periods when you're overwhelmed by many calls and feel the weight of responsibility?
I remind myself there is a supply for every demand; healing is the work of God, and I am simply witnessing that supply at work, which often leads to healing in the moment.
What makes Christian Science so practical?
Q: So maybe you could help our listeners understand a little bit about your practice of Christian Science. When you get a call from somebody who wants some help, what do you do?
I listen for the underlying cry for healing, seek the spiritual reality of the person, and then turn to Father to reveal what they're really struggling with. The goal is to reflect God's perfection and help them see their own divine identity, rather than be overwhelmed by fear or pain.
Can we really love each other no matter what?
Q: How did you stay calm and not retaliate when faced with danger or anger from others?
He describes letting God have the word, listening like a radio dial to hear divine guidance, which keeps thoughts clear and actions peaceful even in tense moments, ultimately protecting him and transforming others' perceptions.
