  • 😁. Just 😁. ‘Nuff said!

One of the most enjoyable podcasts I’ve listened to! Informative but also fun and silly, and Steven’s laid-back style makes you feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend, chatting about cool stuff, and not wanting it to end! It makes me glad I only just discovered this, since it means I have quite a while before I’m all caught up and have to wait impatiently for the next episode! 😁

Q: What do you think of the community around moviegoers today?
It feels like a vibrant community where we're encouraging each other to watch more films across all genres.
Park Experts 168 - Andrew Ortiz (Super Yaki)
Q: What was it like starting Super Yaki without prior business experience?
It was just dumb luck and stubbornness; I started it on Etsy without ever having a small business before. It sort of snowballed and tapped into a desire for more unique movie merchandise.
Back to School with: Yara Haridy (Paleontologist/Evolutionary Biologist)
Q: How do you not become cynical?
Yara explains that it's important to check in with the community, prioritize mental health, and remember the historical perseverance of humanity to help avoid cynicism.
Back to School with: Yara Haridy (Paleontologist/Evolutionary Biologist)
Q: What was your origin story, your sort of gateway to science in general?
Yara discusses that she didn't have a large focus on dinosaurs as a child, but had a strong interest in science. She mentioned studying hard and her path towards paleontology began when she volunteered at a paleo lab.
