  • Great chemistry

One of my favourite film podcasts. The two hosts have a great rapport, and their enthusiasm is infectious. I always come away with a few more insights and ideas about the film. I especially love the “Favourite Sight/Sound” segment, which usually makes me want to revisit those moments, and their reading of reviews from Kael and Letterboxd is another highlight. I genuinely enjoy hanging with these folks.

  • Great podcast on great films!!

Stumbled upon the podcast after watching Jeanne Dielman and have been enjoying all the episodes I’ve listened to!!! There are a lot of movie podcasts but not many are dedicated to old films so I’m really glad you guys are doing the gods work 🫡🫡 a lot of research goes into each episode but you made the discussions so entertaining and inspiring. Might watch more classics just to hear you guys chat about it haha

  • Can be more efficient

They took about 15 minutes chatting about nothing related before finally getting into The General. Was hoping to hear more about the actual film. Oh well.
