  • They’re not experts!!

Everyone complaining that the show is just “dudes talking smack” has clearly never actually listened to a podcast in their life. What’s better than just having fun and vibey conversations about movies????

  • Is this a movie pod?

I don’t mind friends hanging out talking smack, but do it on YouTube. Many of us use podcasts to commute, and listening to thoughtless conversations is a waste of time.

  • Unbearable

Loaded with inside jokes, iMDB regurgitation, arrogance, and just overall lack of movie knowledge. Love the movies they select to talk about but loathe the conversations about them.

  • Tim McEwan Episode

Tim needs to be a regular - he makes this a 5 star pod. That is all.

  • Make up your minds

Don’t seem to be confident in saying their own opinions; can’t answer a simple question: “what did you think about the movie?” Lukewarm even on movies that they like. Assumes that you’re going to go to Letterboxd to read their review instead of saying it even once during the entire episode.
