Great podcast!
I just got up on this Podcast a few months ago and I can’t get enough. The hosts are spectacular and I love the format of the podcast especially this vs that. Also, my step-daughter lives in San Diego so I’m out there at least once a year and the segment of the show that promotes all the local jazz happenings is a great tool for finding excellent live jazz in the San Diego area. Keep up the fantastic work guys!
High quality content and high audio quality. Love the live sessions on the new season.
Hosts Ian & Ed do a great job showcasing a variety of local San Diego musicians and their compositions. Each episode is engaging and has an extremely high production quality that makes it a joy to listen to each week. Highly recommended if you follow the San Diego jazz scene.
As an avid podcast consumer, I am always looking for a new thing to listen to. Unfortunately, not all podcasts are created equal--even if the content is interesting, the sound is often poor, the editing isn’t tight, or the hosts are awkward/underprepared. Luckily for us, this podcast ticks all the boxes: beautiful audio quality, engaging guests and good interview pacing, which all serve to shine a light on the artists who are creating music in our fair city. Bravo to Ian and Ed!
