This show is curious, energetic, and takes listeners to countries and regions in Europe less covered by traditional food and travel media. It also sounds GREAT and is edited extremely well. I wish there were more episodes to devour.
Thanks to Adam Sachs, a journalist I've long admired, and S.A.L.T. Lab Radio, I feel like I've actually been allowed to leave the country. One episode in and I'm hooked. The destinations are excellent, the guests are insightful and full of heart. I loved learning new things about the delecious foods of regions I dream about. Can't wait for more!
Great new food and travel podcast that really takes you there. Wish we could travel- but until then happy to find this.
I’ve long been a fan of Adam and his mouthwatering food & travel writing. This podcast is a terrific opportunity for him to bring his delicious tales from abroad to my podcast rotation.
Makes me long for a time when we could travel, taste & explore on our own! Adam and the SALT Radio team do a great job of bringing his experiences to life, and now I want to visit these amazing places too... Some day (hopefully!) soon.
